Gutting A 100 Year Old, Wyoming Ranch House
Interior demo on a 100 year old ranch house near Clearmont, Wyoming. We were hired to gut the majority of the home, in some places down to the floor joists. The attic was full of insulation that needed removed due to excessive bat poop. On walls that did not need removed or taken down to the studs, we removed the original wall paper. Several layers of the homes original flooring was also removed.
Once the interior demo had been completed, we moved on to the 2nd phase of the project: the home’s 100 year old exterior, starting with the 100 year old old wood siding After the siding was all removed, we began the dirt work portion and property clean-up.
